Tribal Department: Housing
Job Summary: Provides routine complex administrative/ clerical duties for the Housing Department. Composes business correspondence, greets guests, answer and return phone calls, responds to letters and/or questions from applicants, guests or team members. Maintains an organized and efficient records management system and updated appointment calendar. Takes minutes for meetings and processes all time and attendance. Assists the Housing Executive Director with all special projects. This is a contracted seasonal position ending April 30th 2021.
Compensation: $18.30 hr.
Education Required
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Minimum Related Experience
- Two (2) years working experience with confidential information.
- Two (2) years working experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Two (2) years working experience creating and maintaining efficient filing systems.
- Two (2) years administrative/ clerical experience working in an office environment.
- Six (6) months Munis experience preferred.
Required Licenses/Certifications/Prerequisites
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check.
